It was 1981 from the years. Ronald Reagan was the other one, he started broadcasting MTV cable television and \u201cHoly Treasure Hunters\u201d suddenly became my favorite movie. The virus that caused AIDS was discovered, and it had a huge impact on me because I would lose many of my close friends over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Another thing happened in the same year. At 170 pounds (77 kg), I lifted my first weight.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever your motivation to start bodybuilding, this motivation will probably change as you get older. Many people will give up in this process, we can say this from the fact that the majority of people in gyms are in their 20s and 30s. Many people who lift weights have to leave due to injuries over time. He once clenched his arm and his muscles were swollen like a nice ball. At the end of the 34-year workout, I can tell you that I still don&#39;t have as beautiful biceps as he had at age 14.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>No matter how extreme you want something or how hard you work, it may not be up to you to have some physical features. I Can Let Myself A Day If I Want<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">In the past, I was obsessed with not missing my workouts, I could not even find an opportunity to have a vacation. Now, if I don&#39;t want to go to the gym, I&#39;m not going. When I miss the workouts, I&#39;m not on my own, but I still exercise somehow every day. Sometimes it&#39;s cardio outdoors, sometimes gardening.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The worst thing about missing a workout is that it&#39;s easy to miss a second and then miss a third. Like everyone else, when I get out of my routine, it is much harder to get it back and I don&#39;t feel so good about myself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong>5. Results Do Not Show Himself Overnight<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">Mathematics can be a brutal subject. For so many years I&#39;ve added 4 inches (10 cm) to my arms, half of which was added to the biceps and half to the triceps. It took me 10 years to reach my maximum size. If I worked on biceps only once a week for 52 weeks, I had a disappointing gain of 0.004 inches (0.01 cm) in each workout.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can&#39;t get anywhere overnight. For this reason, you must be patiently motivating your enthusiasm. For your information, my body weight has increased by 60 pounds (27 kg) during this time, which means it is about 6 pounds (2.7 kg) a year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong>6. I Should Keep My Neck Straight While Shrug<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">You may be cursory reading many suggestions in exercise articles, but when it comes to your spine, you should pay full attention. Probably cortisol was leaking from my ears. My current limit is 75 minutes a day, and this allows me to do solid training in the gym, and I am physically and mentally ready to get on the path of the house when the training is over.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After 34 years of heavy training, I will not develop volume after this point. Now the situation is more about protecting what I have. Despite this, it makes me satisfied to force myself with excitement and know that I can keep up with half-year-olds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong>8. Don&#39;t Underestimate Nerve Damages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">There are pains and sorrows, there are tears and sprains, and there are such injuries that cause you numbness. Numbness may indicate a serious problem. For example, a disc that gets stuck or swells in your spine. Everything Comes Heavier<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">It is surprising that the weights that I used when warming up in time started to be heavy now. I reduced the intensity of my workouts, partly because of necessity (due to joint pain), but at the same time, with the advancement of age, the level of strength and testosterone naturally decreases. Bodybuilding is an obsessive activity by nature, but striving for balance will make you a well-bodied individual and you won&#39;t be able to hold on to that body forever.<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong>11. Big Muscles = Big Neck = Larger Risk For Obstructive Sleep Apnea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">From 170 pounds (77 kg) to 230 pounds (104 kg) in 10 years is often more than having to buy new clothes. I had no idea about it, and as I gained weight, I developed a weakness that simultaneously led my life to misery.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Obstructive sleep apnea and bodybuilding go hand in hand because TUA happens in big men with large necks (more than 17 inches - 43 cm) and gets worse as they age. Twenty years ago, I was constantly asleep at business meetings, at that time, no one even knew what TUA was - I was counting on stimulants to stay awake and be energetic for my workouts. I finally got tested and realized that my only problem was not snoring, I had breathing countless times every hour during the night and I could never get a restful sleep.<\/p>\n<p>I am currently using a positive airline tool all the time and I feel much better. Many men do not even know they have these problems, but their partners may be very aware of the situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong>12. Stop Nutritional Supplement Before Exercise<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">Now that I am in my 50s, I have much less energy, especially after a long day at work, I can feel exhausted. When I was younger, I would just take a scoop of pre-workout nutritional supplements and it would support my energy and get me through a tough workout but now I&#39;m less inclined to do so. Your heart is not as young as before and some combinations of ingredients are not recommended to be used in full doses.<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong>14. Exercise for Health, not for Showiness<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">Many people like me want bodybuilding for selfish reasons; we want to look good and benefit from all the benefits that come with it. Health? It comes up recently in this list. However, our priorities change over time, and if they do not, the price to pay is large. THESE ARE THE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO WILL REMOVE THE MOST WEIGHT THAT WILL NEVER WORK. \u201d<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">Being fit and healthy is more important to me now than having a 20 inch (50 cm) arm. (Betrayal, right?) So I warm up before training, then I do stretching exercises, do rotator sheath exercises and do cardio for my heart. These are the things that many lifting weights will never have to do with.\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Middle age may seem far away, but it will come much faster than you expect.
